Controversial Case in SaaS Marketing

Semrush removed the cancellation button on the subscription form and replaced it with a Customer Support request form that would put them in contact with the team.

Personally, I don’t like it, but their team saw a 10% drop in cancellations in just a few weeks, as well as a ton of valuable feedback and suggestions.

What do you think? Is it worth it?
